Hello! My name is Joe Weltner, and I'm a full-time Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty with over 9 years of experience and more than 275 successful transactions. Whether you're selling your current home or searching for a new one-or even buying your very first home-your needs are my top priority. I am committed to making this experience as enjoyable, educational, and exciting as possible for you.  As a native of the AK Valley, I combine my deep local knowledge with over 25 years of experience in customer service management and training. This blend of expertise allows me to excel in real estate negotiations, educate home buyers and sellers, and effectively market my clients' listings. Professionalism, attention to detail, determination, and an unwavering commitment to satisfaction are the hallmarks of my work ethic.  I take pride in the relationships I've built over the years, both within the real estate industry and in the local community. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), where I serve on the Board of Directors. Additionally, I am on the board of directors for Alliance PGH, the first chapter in PA, and the Harrison Township Rec Board. My previous board roles include serving as a Director and Treasurer for the Greater-Allegheny Kiski-Area Board of Realtors.  I'm honored to have received several accolades, including the 2016 GAKA Rookie of the Year Award and multiple Coldwell Banker International awards, such as the Diamond Society (2018-2021), the International President's Club (2022), and the International Sterling Society (2023).
